Speaker - Sara Rawstron, Resiliance for Women.

Resilience is one of the key qualities to successfully navigate the current market place. Running your own business brings many pressures and uncertainties that can be difficult to manage, especially if juggling demands of work and home.
Personal resilience refers to the ability of an individual to sustain high performance and positive wellbeing in the face of adversity, and to recover from misfortune or adapt to circumstances. Developing resilience enables people to maintain their commitment, wellbeing and performance in challenging environments.

This engaging and personal introductory talk aims to introduce women to the different components of resilience so that they can more consciously strengthen each one. It will also enable women to identify specific resilience strengths that are unique to them and encourage them to use these more to manage the challenges they face.

WiRE meetings are designed to help women in busines to meet each other, share experiences, trade business to business, learn new skills, be inspired, promote their work, and  time having fun, and working on their business.

Come and join us!  If you are not a WiRE member, it will only cost £10.  When you become a member the cost will reduce to £5 a session.
