Caring for yourself and your business

How often do we forget to care for ourselves in as generous and loving way we do for our nearest and dearest? I have had some brilliant training lately, a Masterclass on building a business that runs itself, by one of our lovely associates Alice Jennings and an NLP Masterclass with Di Kamp.  This has given me the time and tools to reflect, recharge and put my priorities in order, and most importantly look at how I could care better for myself. Fabulous event in Hatherley
